Supposed “Weight Loss Drink” Recipe (as commonly shared online)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger (or ginger powder)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Add warm water to a glass.
- Mix in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Add ginger and stir well.
- Add honey if desired.
- Drink once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
