Garlic Honey Recipe
Ingredients:
Raw honey (preferably organic)
Fresh garlic cloves
Instructions:
Peel the garlic cloves and lightly crush them (do not chop too finely).
Put the garlic cloves into a clean glass jar.
Pour raw honey over the garlic until it is completely covered.
Close the jar loosely (to allow gases to escape).
Let it sit at room temperature for 7–14 days.
Stir or gently turn the jar once a day.
After fermentation, it’s ready to use.
