Green Eye-Health Drink” (General Wellness Recipe)
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup spinach or kale
1 green apple
Juice of ½ lemon
1 cup water (or coconut water)
Optional: ½ teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions:
Wash all ingredients well.
Add everything to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Drink fresh, once a day.
