Herbal Night Tea (as shared online)
Ingredients:
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon cinnamon (or 1 small cinnamon stick)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
Boil the water.
Add the ginger and cinnamon.
Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
Strain the tea.
Add lemon juice and honey if you like.
Drink it warm before bedtime.
